CONDIZIONI GENERALI DI PARTECIPAZIONE

These general conditions govern the terms and conditions of participation in the stays called “Olimpia Milano Summer Camp” organized by AL2 Sport with headquarters in Via Marradi, 1 in Milan and promoted as part of Olimpia Milano’s initiatives. These general conditions form an integral and substantial part of each registration.
1.0 Definitions
Olimpia Milano Summer Camp: basketball courses promoted within the framework of Olimpia Milano’s initiatives and aimed at kids with an age between those born in 2008 and 2016. At each camp there will be a coach approved by Olimpia Milano, who will coordinate the technical-sport activities and the staff of qualified instructors. The camp participation formula includes overnight stay in a hotel or day camp, which provides that participants independently can reach the sports facilities where the courses are held. Authorization and express signature of the person exercising parental authority over the same (parent(s)/guardian(s) and/or legal guardian(s)) is required, see registration form.
2.0 Benefits to which the participant is entitled
Summer Camp:The fee includes: basketball course, full board at the hotel, technical-sports clothing kit (in case of two consecutive rounds only one kit is provided) and accident insurance. The fee does not include telephone and out-of-meal expenses, transfer to the chosen location and anything not specified.
Day Camp: fee includes: basketball course, noon meal Monday through Friday, technical-sports clothing kit (in case of two consecutive rounds only one kit provided) and accident insurance.
3.0 Dates and possible changes
The organizer reserves the right to modify or cancel the camp in the event of force majeure, or if the minimum number of participants envisaged is not reached, with obligation only to refund the amounts paid and express exclusion of any other compensation. The requested dates of stay will be respected as far as possible and the organizer will confirm, at the same time as the confirmation of registration, the exact dates. Any request to change the weekly shifts will be met according to availability, but the relevant request, to be communicated in writing at least 30 days before departure, does not in any case give automatic right to the change.
4.0 Health certifications
In order to participate in Olimpia Milano Summer Camp, it is necessary to fill out the digital registration form in its entirety, confirming the participant’s healthy and robust constitution up to the age of 12 and competitive sports eligibility at the age of 12, and that he/she is therefore qualified to practice sports for the entire duration of the camp.
4.1 Sending medical certificate
It will be necessary to send a copy of the medical certificate valid for the camp period.
5.0 Waiver of liability
The organizer is expressly exonerated from liability for any and all damages arising from facts attributable exclusively to the participant (including, but not limited to, autonomous and unauthorized initiatives taken by the participant during the course of the stay), or from circumstances unrelated to the provision of the planned services (such as the transfer to and from the chosen location), from fortuitous events, from force majeure, or from circumstances that the organizer himself could not, according to professional diligence, reasonably foresee or resolve. Compensation for damage to property is expressly excluded. In any case, any compensation payable by the organizer for personal injury may not exceed the indemnity indemnity provided for in the insurance policy referred to in the preceding paragraph.
6.0 Withdrawal
The participant always has the right to withdraw from the contract before the beginning of the stay, by communication (registered letter). The withdrawal takes effect from the moment the communication is received by AL2 Sport, via Marradi, 1 – 20123 Milan. If the notice of withdrawal is received at least 30 days before the chosen round, the participant is entitled to a refund of the fee paid, except for the practice opening costs (50 €) and the possible cancellation of the insurance. After this deadline, the organization reserves the right to apply a 50% deduction to partially cover the costs incurred. Once the camp has started, the fee already paid will not be refunded.
7.0 Jurisdiction
For any dispute between the organizer and the participant relating to the interpretation, execution and/or termination of this agreement, the court of Milan will have exclusive jurisdiction.For anything not expressly provided for in these conditions, reference is made to the civil code.
